The World Water Council and Qatar National Food Security Programme (QNFSP) have signed an MoU, in view of the upcoming CoP18, which is to take place in Doha, Qatar, in December 2012. The aim of this collaborative project is to affirm the wilingness of the parties to develop a strong bilateral cooperation to advocate the need for every country to guarantee their water security.
