The President of the World Water Council accepts the invitation made by the Prince Albert II Foundation as part of their campaign entitled “A Green Shift?”, launched on April 22, 2020.

The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, strongly involved in environmental issues including water, wishes to respond to the current pandemic by giving the floor to personalities. The campaign is focusing on the impact of the pandemic and the perspectives on the “day after”.

Recognized by the Foundation for his commitment to water protection, Loïc Fauchon was awarded the “Water Prize ” by Prince Albert II of Monaco in 2015. Today, he portrays a worrying situation where water is a precious resource to face the coronavirus and respond to precautionary times.

The World Water Council brings the voice of water at the same level as fundamental human rights, such as: energy, health, food and education.
